Platform terms

These terms explain how the Wholesome Helpers member platform works.

Membership. Membership gives you access to helper profiles and member tools while it is active. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

How you may use helper information. Helper details are shared so families can find the right helper. Please do not copy, download in bulk, repost or share profiles outside the platform.

Our role. Wholesome Helpers is not an employer, sponsor or recruitment agency and is not a party to any employment agreement. You are responsible for interviews, trials, contracts and lawful work and visa arrangements.

Conduct. Treat helpers and other families with respect. We may pause or close accounts that misuse information or the community.
