Finding a helper in Dubai without the guesswork
Most Dubai families find a helper through friends, community groups or agencies, and often know very little about the person before the first call. Wholesome Helpers gives you the facts first: who met the helper in person, what their previous employers said, and which skills they can show.
Profiles cover Dubai Marina, JLT, Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches, Mirdif, Downtown, Dubai Hills and every other community. Filter by live-in or live-out, languages, years of UAE experience and the ages of children they have cared for.
What you can see before you call
- A short video introduction and photos
- The result of an in-person screening and practical assessment
- References from previous UAE employers, confirmed by our team
- Workshops completed, such as child safety and first aid
- Visa status and when they can start
You stay in control
Wholesome Helpers is a screening and information service, not a recruitment agency. Members contact helpers directly and arrange interviews, trials, contracts and visas themselves through the official channels.

Common questions
How much does it cost to see helper profiles in Dubai?
Anyone can browse the basics for free. A monthly membership unlocks full profiles, references and phone numbers. You can cancel any time.
Can I find a live-out helper in Dubai?
Yes. Use the live-in / live-out filter on the helper list. Many helpers looking for live-out work already hold their own visa.
Do you arrange the visa?
No. Wholesome Helpers does not sponsor, place or recruit helpers. You arrange the visa and contract through MOHRE or a licensed Tadbeer centre.
